I had Incognito install a 5 cam system surrounding my building on 30/07/2025. Crisyn the directer, was very good explaining what I needed and the best plan to get the coverage I wanted. During the whole installation procedure all communication was very professional and maintained throughout.

His team worked tirelessly and silently during actuall install and kept the area clean and rubbish free.

I consider the actual equipment to be high end but since it was only just installed it needs time to decide how well the equipment will stand up.
After all was said and done I ended up with precisely what I needed and for a very reasonable price tag.

I would certainly recommend Incognito Systems Limited for your security requirements in any situation.

Recently our CCTV cameras had been going offline for no apparent reason. The system is HIK Vision so I rang Incognito Systems Ltd as they fit these systems. I spoke with Andrew on Monday to describe what was happening. He said he could call on Wednesday morning to have a look at the problem.

When he arrived he diagnosed a couple of wiring problems from the router via a connecting block to the first node placed in the hall. Also a TP Link extender was not situated in the correct position. After setting everything up, including the doorbell everything worked perfectly. When I asked Andrew how much I owed he said leave it until after the weekend to see if the problem recurs. As the cameras have been online since the wiring modification I rang today to tell Andrew the good news.

I was very impressed with the excellent service that Incognito offered and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any CCTV or Internet related problems. Andrew sorted our problem, which, has now given us peace of mind knowing the cameras are functioning reliably again and not going offline.

Incognito (Andrew) l will certainly be calling again if I have any further CCTV issues.
